Madam President, Ladies and Gentlemen:

The 2006 golf tournament was another great success for the Toronto Chapter.

September 7, 2006 turned out to be a beautiful, warm, sunny day. We had an amazing turnout of 186 golfers followed by over 200 for the evening reception and a delicious mixed barbeque dinner. We also had more sponsors than ever before, hole contests with terrific prizes and a spectacular raffle table.

The golf tournament is always a great networking opportunity and this year was no exception. Many important connections were made during the day and throughout the evening.

Pictures were taken during the tournament and evening ceremonies by our photographer, Sandra Strangemore. They can all be seen in the golf section of our website at www.creditinstitute.org/toronto.

This tournament could not have been the success it was without the untiring work of our volunteers, the generous support of our premium hole sponsors, corporate sponsors, hole contest sponsors, raffle contributors and all golfers.

We extend our most sincere thanks to everyone involved, especially Erin Marcelino, our Executive Administrator, who made sure everything ran smoothly, and look forward to having all sponsors back again this year.
