MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
CREDIT INSTITUTE OF CANADA-TORONTO CHAPTER
THURSDAY, APRIL 24, 2008
AT THE HOLIDAY INN – TORONTO AIRPORT EAST
The President, Sue Boultwood, CCP called the meeting to order at 6:03pm and called upon the Secretary, Julie Varey, CCP to read the Notice of Meeting. The President called upon Sangita Singh, CCP to report the number present. 40 were in attendance, of which 38 were members. Sue Boultwood, CCP declared this a duly constituted meeting..
| 1. Sue Boultwood, CCP called to adopt the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting. Jane Kiss, CCP made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting as published. |

2. Sue Boultwood, CCP presented Outgoing presidents address to the membership.
3. Sue Boultwood, CCP to introduce the Board Members.
4. Sue Boultwood, CCP called upon the committee chairs to present their own report on the activities of their committee for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
- Julie Varey, CCP presented the Seminar Committee report.
- Bonnie Mayes, CCP presented the Membership report.
- Bill Zabarylo, CCP, CGA presented the Golf Committee report.
- Peter Finlay, CCP presented the Awards Committee report.
- Peter Finlay, CCP presented the National Directors report.
- Bob Thivierge, CCP (Emeritus) presented the ACI/CCP (Emeritus) Committee report.
- Paul Dover, CCP presented the By-Laws Committee report.
- Paul Dover, CCP presented the Special Events Committee report.

10. Bonnie Mayes, CCP cast the ballot electing those nominated.
11. Jane Kiss, CCP presented the Incoming President’s Address to the membership.
As there was not any further business Jane Kiss, CCP declared the meeting adjourned at 6:35 pm and announced a brief board meeting to follow.
