Madam President, Ladies and Gentlemen:

As the Chapter's Seminar Committee Chair, I am pleased to report that 2006 was a successful and rewarding year for our members. We offered a wide variety of seminar topics to choose from that catered to many audiences and provided invaluable information.

Last February, Crescom conducted a seminar on "How to Win the Negotiation Game" - our members really enjoyed this topic. In November, Mike Morley presented the "Psychology of Collections", which was a resounding success and well received by those in attendance.

At the request of our members, we brought Mike back to present the following two seminars:

"Managing Deductions" in February 2007.
and "Developing Effective Credit Policies" this past week.

All the seminars just mentioned were well received by our members, and have generated positive cash flow to our Chapter and we anticipate that the upcoming seminar in May "The Art of Risk Management" will have the same effect.

This year our goal was to focus on providing different topics to present to our members and we have succeeded.

I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank Bill Zabarylo, FCI, CGA for his support and help at the seminars. Bill, your help is greatly appreciated.
