Tournament Committee
Goals & Responsibilities
Specifically, these
goals are outlined below:
Monthly Reporting - Each Committee must prepare a report each month
and ensure that it is delivered to the meeting either in person, by a
committee member or emailed to the Executive Administrator at least three
days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting.
Continue to produce a well-attended and sponsored tournament that
meets the needs of the attendees.
Work within the budget as outlined and surpass previous year's
results.
Formalize a strategy plan for the Prize Sub-Committee.
